If you want to initiate a refund please send an email to returns@vitaraise.com with the following details:

  • Name of the product
  • Issue in the product
  • Proof of purchase

Our returns and exchange team will validate your purchase and send you a shipping address to box and ship the product back to us. It will take 10-14 days for our team to validate your returned item. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email from us to inform you that your return was received with a status and details for your refund. All requested refunds are subject to approval by Vitaraise. If your return is accepted and a refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days equal to the amount that you paid for the product.

In general, you will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In certain cases where the product might be damaged or unusable during original shipping, you might be eligible for free shipping as our team will send you a shipping label.

All requested exchanges are subject to approval by Vitaraise. We will only replace items if they are damaged or in the event of a known shipping error causing excessive delay or a misplaced shipment.

#Rules : To remember

  • If we feel that there is a misuse of our refund or exchange policy, we might decline your return with proper reason.
  • Please note if items are returned without prior contact with the Vitaraise Return and Exchange Team to the sender address, you will not receive a refund or exchange.
  • If packages are not properly identified as per instructions from our team, it can either prolong or nullify your refund.
  • Any items shipped to an improper address, or if you refuse your shipment and it does not return to our warehouse, you will not be refunded.
  • Items returned to us after 90 days of the initial purchase date, will not be refunded.
  • If the return product is used more than 50%, it will be regarded as a used product and you will not be refunded.
  • If we do not receive the returned item due to shipping problems for any mistake made by the sender, you will not be refunded.
